I ordered the new Flap Actuator with integrated position sensor from VANS. This requires the removal of the current Flap Actuator with its position sensor. In addition it is necessary to replace the old support bracket with a new bracket provided in the new Flap Kit.
I drilled out 7 -4 rivets from both sides with some difficulty, however the holes look good as there are no visible enlargements.
I cut and deburred the different parts, final drilled the #40 holes for the 6 platenuts and the #12 holes for the bolts. I primed the parts with a commercial primer.
